By registering, depositing funds, or participating in any Pip Park investment program, you ("Investor," "Member," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"), including all future amendments. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Pip Park operates three investment tiers with the following structure. Returns are credited every 30 days and continue to accumulate until you withdraw your funds:

All returns are gross and credited automatically to your account balance at the end of each 30-day cycle. Returns are calculated on your original deposited principal — not on accumulated profits. No return is guaranteed — returns depend entirely on trading performance.
Example: A $500 Basic Tier investment earns $75 (15%) every 30 days, credited to your balance automatically. Your $500 principal remains invested and keeps earning until you choose to withdraw everything. Profit is withdrawable after each 30-day cycle completes.
All investment funds are subject to a 30-day lock-up cycle. During this period:
You cannot place a withdrawal request while your investment is within an active 30-day cycle. The system will automatically unlock withdrawals once your profit is credited at the end of each cycle.
Trading forex, crypto derivatives, leveraged DeFi, and futures involves substantial risk of loss, including complete loss of your invested principal. No historical return (15–35% monthly) is a promise or guarantee. Pip Park may suspend payouts, change lock-up terms, or cease operations without advance notice in extreme market conditions. You waive any right to chargeback, dispute, or legal claim based on trading losses unless due to proven fraud by the Company.
You acknowledge and accept that:
AML/KYC: Pip Park reserves the right to request government-issued ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation for withdrawals above $5,000 or in response to any suspicious activity. Failure to provide documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Pip Park does not guarantee 24/7 uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (or other applicable offshore jurisdiction as determined by the Company).
Any dispute arising from or relating to these ToS or your use of the platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration in a mutually agreed neutral location. Court proceedings and class action lawsuits are expressly waived by both parties.
Pip Park may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:
Upon termination: Any available principal balance (after applicable lock-up periods and deductions) will be returned within 30 calendar days, minus any applicable fees, trading losses, or penalties incurred during the account period.
Pip Park reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 7 days' notice via email or platform notification before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
By depositing funds and using the Pip Park platform, you confirm and declare:
"I have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. I accept that I may lose 100% of my investment. I understand that no verbal or written promise from any Pip Park representative overrides this written agreement. I am investing voluntarily with funds I can afford to lose."
